INTO THE WOODS~ part 2! :D

Back into the woods~

       Back at camp, I lead Kayla and me to my tent and this time grabbed two flashlights and the pocket knife.
            "What do you need those for?" Kayla asked nervously.
            "In case slender man tries to make a move."
       Kayla looked at me nervously.
     We walked passed my dad,
             "Dad we're going to go find Becky, we'll be back in a few hours."
             "Be very careful, oh and take this." he said handing me and Kayla a walky-talky (not including his own).
             "Thanks dad, we'll be fine." I said  as we walked off in the fog.
     We walked along the foggy trail,
             "So, you were serious about your friend, huh?"
             " I said yes, I would never lie about my best friend."
             "Step, Crackle, Step..." went our feet on the ground.
        Later that night I remembered it was VERY dark, and I was afraid of not the dark but what was IN the dark, and what could happen to Kayla.
             "We should turn here, Becky's this way."
             "Oh, ok." Kayla said, pale faced.
         We turned and went across the foggy long wooded roots, when suddenly we heard something.
              "Oh man, hurry Kayla he's coming." I whispered.
           Kayla stumbled to the ground.
              "HELP ALLY!!!" She screamed, fighting back something in the dark.
             "No I will not let another friend be lost to you!" I yelled as I grabbed my pocket knife and stabbing the tentacle that was grabbing her leg.
             The monster hissed and then was gone, in an instant.
        I grabbed Kayla's arm and helped her to her feet, she was crying.
      We started running again until we reached our destination.
            Kayla covered her mouth with her hand, and stared at Becky wide eyed.
             "S-so you were right! We need to warm people!" Kayla panicked.
             "Yes definitely, as soon as we get back." I said pulling out my pocket knife and flipping it open again.
     There was a quick flash of something and then "slender man" had pounced onto Kayla.
             "H-HELP ME!!!!" She choked, as slender man had a tentacle rapped around her neck.
             "KAYLA! LET GO OF HER!" I screamed terrified.
        I cried, randomly flailing the knife again at slender man until I managed to snag him, and make him disappear.
             Kayla fell to the ground coughing, and gasping for breathe, blood dripping from her mouth.
