Shy and anxious in public unless they know you well, they get nervous very easily and are afraid to talk to people they don't know, fearing they'll embarrass themselves or say the wrong thing to upset them. They are constantly listening to music or are watching something, for the silence makes them anxious, paranoid, feel isolated/lost/alone, and feel like they can't get out of their own thoughts/head. They hate being surrounded by people they don't know and being alone at the same time.
