Is having a racial preference racist?

I think every race deserves the same human rights. For partners, I honestly don’t care what race the person is as long as the person is friendly and beautiful. I think latina girls and dark hair girls are probably the most attractive from what I’ve seen. I’m not really into Asian girls as much as the rest.
