Wait, What?
At home, 5:00 pm, Friday, December 4th, 2015"Ok, honey, I'm going to dinner tonight with someone from work," said my mom, as I came downstairs. I had just finished my hour long amount of homework, and that's one of my light amounts. "Wait, why didn't you tell me before? What am I supposed to do for dinner?" I asked, confused. "There's a frozen pizza in the downstairs freezer. You can make that," she replied. "Who are you going with?" I asked. "Just somebody from work. He invited me and I couldn't say no..." my mom said, trailing off. I started to get curious. Was my mom going on a date? Wait, it can't be a date! She's married to my dad! Ya, I know that they're divorced, but I'm still working on trying to get them back together! This is gonna ruin my plan!
"Wait, so is this, like, a... DATE?" I asked, nervously. "Oh, well... if I said yes, would that bother you?" she asked. "No..." I managed to squeak out."Then, I guess it's a date," my mom said, surprisingly happy. This is bad, this is REALLY bad!
MY MOM'S GOING ON A DATE WITH ANOTHER GUY!!! This can't be happening!
