Naming ceremony
Every time my father finds a new dog, we have a naming ceremony.Our family takes turns to choose the name.
It was my turn that day.
My favourite name ever was Delilah but this puppy was a girl.
I decided on the most perfect name.
Riley.
Riley was soon put up for adoption and i had a feeling he woud get a home quick as a wink.
But I was wrong.
We got a litter of tea cup poodle/yorkshire terrier puppies in and a couple of labrador crosses rehomed.
Nobody wanted Riley though.
I spent everyday drawing pictures of him.
But they were only little doodles and scribbly things.
But you cannot blame me for I was seven.
