Falling

Falling

I was flying.

Then I was falling.

And I couldn’t stop it. No matter how hard I tried to stop I just couldn’t. It was like some unknown force was pulling me down. After a couple of minutes of trying to stop falling I close my eyes, giving up on trying to save myself ready to die when I hear something it was fast and forcing the wind to lift it like flapping wings. Then my ears pop and I know that I’m getting closer and closer to the ground and I feel like death is right under me waiting to strike. The flapping noise was getting louder and louder and I thought maybe it was the angel that was assigned to bring me to heaven after my death. As I start to slip in and out of consciousness I open my eyes slightly and see a boy with wings catch me out of the air then the whole world goes dark.

~*Later*~

I wake up feeling the damp ground on my bare arms, Then I notice I’m lying next to a note. I slowly sit up but quickly lay back down because I was feeling too dizzy to stay sitting up. But a feeling inside me made me feel curious about what was in the the note. Finally, I lift my arm and I grab the crumbled piece of paper beside my body. I sit up and read the note slowly. My eyes strained to read the sloppy handwriting on the paper. The note said, 'Hey, well apparently you were falling and couldn't really leave you about to die so I caught you. Sorry I can’t say you’re welcome in person I had something very important to attend to. ~M'. I felt very confused because of this note. Who was M? Well I won’t figure anything out sitting here, I think. So I attempt to get up but I am too tired because of the fall, so instead I get into a comfortable position, and fall fast asleep...
