does he really like me?

well theres this guy...ive caught him staring at me a lot and then looking away. he's always so nice to me, and he always tries to start up convos but whenever I try to talk to him my mind just goes blank :( I used to have a HUGE crush on him and I thought it was over but then today in the library I caught him staring at me and then again I caught him staring at me a lot in science, hes tried to get close to me too. I think he might like me...but im not quite sure and I don't want to read the signs wrong. soo do any of you think he likes me?
