The ummh parasol riddle

This is a riddle, try guessing correctly;

"I (Elina violets) am gonna trow a party. And I'm gonna bring, ummh, a parasol to my party. You can ask me if you could also bring something to my party, but only when I approve of it."

You guys have to start asking and only when I approve and you understand my riddle, do you win.

This is a pretty hard riddle but once you get it, you'll ~probably~ facepalm yourself, ask away ^-^
