What do you think would happen if my mum caught me reading/looking at Frerard?
OK, so for those of you who don't know, Frerard is the romantic shipping of Frank Iero and Gerard Way from the band My Chemical Romance. I like looking at onstage kiss videos, pictures, fan art and I like reading/writing smutty/emotional fanfiction, and I always worry about getting caught. My mum ISN'T homophobic, and she's very tolerant, but something tells me she wouldn't really approve of her 13-year-old daughter loving/shipping Frerard.
So...
1: What do you think her reaction would be if she caught me and I explained what it was to her/begged her to be OK with it?
2: She once said she'd take away my laptop if she caught me doing anything bad - do you think this includes stuff like Frerard or did she just mean stuff like chatting to strangers?
I do NOT want answers like "EWW YOU LIKE FRERARD THAT IS SO DISGUSTING", and I don't want you to lie and say everything's gonna be alright when you don't think it is. If you really do think everything's gonna be alright, great, but I NEED you to be honest.

If she's ok with gay stuff I think it's fine just as long as she doesn't catch anything dirty (there is some fan fiction out there that's just o_0)

First off: that's still a thing?!?! DAAAAAAAAAAAAYUM that's lasted a while.
Just be very, very, VERY careful. If anything try reading it at night when she's asleep (quietly and computer light dim, away from the door) and delete your history. If she's as overprotective as you say, she'll flip if she finds out what it is.
