Use pads they soak up more and seem to be m ore safer then tampons. With tampons if you keep them in for a long time you can get a serious infection. With pads just change them regularly and wash up you'll be fine!

I honestly think pads are more comfortable, but tampons help for if you're gonna be active.

I think that pads would be better, but I haven't got my period yet. If you are talking flow wise, try to remember last time you had your period and if it was heavy, medium or light and then it should be easier. Hope this helped ;)

Pads. Tampons can cause an infection snd if left in for too long they can get stuck.

Personally, I prefer tampons. They're more comfortable to me. If you're starting out, I recommend starting with tampax pearl (those were my first) and start with the light flow (it's the smallest)

I use Kotex U (the click kind). And as long as you don't leave it in for more than four hours you should be fine. Hope this helps!

Well, pads you can't swim in them. And it's more safer to use. But tampons, you can swim in them but there is a high risk chance that you might get an electric shocked. I haven't had my periods but my schools taught me this in health
