I need help with helping someone at my school !!
So theres this girl at my school, and shes over 100+ pounds over weight . I want to help her. but all she does is read, read ,read.... And she puts NO effort in to working out AT ALL ... WHAT SHOULD i DO ????
I want to help her.... mabey even safe her life someday but she has a huge earge to do NOTHING!!!

Invite her over to your house on a day when you do sports bring her along and see if she likes it! after that ye could go for a jog! Maybe talk to her parents and ask then to make her join athletics or swimming! I hope this helps and well done for trying to help her:)

o ok... well its worth a try if u say something to your teacher....if she wont put in an effort then there is no point in even trying. you are being a good person trying to help her she has to be able to see that

well...... To be honest I don't think the teachers really care. and if they do I don't see them doing anything. even if they did care she probable wouldn't put any effort in to it.And as far as her parents go... shes adopted and I'm pretty sure she lives with her grandma ......

aI know a girl in my grade just like that too. Try to get her to join something athletic or something active. Maybe ask her if she'd like to join a sports team with you or something.

ok ask her if she wants to lose weight if she says yes then tell her she needs to help you out by stopping reading go to a big field or something and tell her to run half a lap run with her and do that every day for 2 weeks then on the third week tell her its one full lap and so on hope this helps!
She doesn't want to lose weigh tho..... Thats the problem ....... If she wanted to I wouldn't be asking this question :(

Invite her over to your house. If its summer go outside and start tossing a football or kicking a soccerball. If you live near a store walk or bike ride to it for the sake of getting exercise. Maybe its winter....Play hide and go seek or simon says. If you live near a YMCA or a public pool go there and swim. But if she doesnt want to do any of this...Dont condsider it a hopeless case. Watch a movie together and provide some healthy snacks like a bowl of apple slices or veggies See More▼ and dip. Good luck!

Opps.... I meant to say shes been to my house and was really mean to me and .... raised her voice at me... shes adopted i think so shes had a hard time but I really want to help her ..... And I never want her to my house again... She disrespects my personal belongings. I need somthing to help her at my school .....

Do some thing fun with her I have friends like that. Tell them to get there butt up but don't say it in a mean way if she really wants to change her self push her she might not like it but your doing it for her own good!
Thanks... But I have tried this approach sadly it did not work. I don't think she wants to change. But I know in her mind she knows she needs to do something.I try to be silly and friendly but she just sticks her head back in to her book/s and yells at me. If she likes reading then that's okay! Tell her you'll give a new book only if she goes on a job with you that should hike up her spirts to want to work out maybe even while your jogging make up a book she might like that too.

If she wants to change then tell her if she's your friend because you can help her out and that's really awesome and if she doesn't change then you have to pull her away from the books and show her how to workout properly. And help her with what she eats
She doesn't want to stop reading... I have tried to get her to play tag and stuff nope... Try to make her laugh nope :(
