Before we get started.Before we get started, I just want to say that I hope you're doing well and I hope everything gets better with whatever type of problem you may be having. Everyone struggles at some point in life, especially now, so I want to try to help someone in whatever way that I possibly can. I also want to say that some things can be hard to talk about but I'll try to give you tips in order to help you. Remember, I am not a therapist or a doctor, so I can't diagnose you with anything. I also want to say that things can get better. I know lots of people are struggling right now but we'll be okay.
