Mental health tips/advice.

I'm going to be giving some tips/advice that might possibly help you with your mental health. This will include chapters about depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and others.

Chapter 1.

Before we get started.

Before we get started, I just want to say that I hope you're doing well and I hope everything gets better with whatever type of problem you may be having. Everyone struggles at some point in life, especially now, so I want to try to help someone in whatever way that I possibly can. I also want to say that some things can be hard to talk about but I'll try to give you tips in order to help you. Remember, I am not a therapist or a doctor, so I can't diagnose you with anything. I also want to say that things can get better. I know lots of people are struggling right now but we'll be okay.


Chapters are;

1.) Anxiety.

2.) Depression.

3.) Eating disorders.

4.) Sexual abuse.

5.) Self esteem.

6.) Coronavirus tips.


I will be adding more chapters as soon as possible.

i dont really know but the tips on anxiety will probely help (i have bad spelling T-T sorry)

Something I'd like to add is that for anxiety, if you're feeling particularly anxious about something a good way to distract yourself is to do something you have to really focus on, like playing an intense video game.
