Ever since you left, I've been getting more and more depressed. I have been wanting to cut for a while now, but I haven't. I've tried my best to resist. Things got so bad after we went our separate ways. I was depressed. I have been for the pass three years. I started cutting, I went to a therapist to try and get better. Things have been. But no matter what happened, I couldn't shake my guilt. I love you, none of this was your fault.
