Can you consider to be anorexic then be anorexic?

So upon talking to someone on Qfeast, they said said they will consider anorexia. Is that even possible? I'm trying to understand how it is; please correct me if I'm wrong. (I will debate)

You cant decide to have anorexia. You can choose to starve urself but thats completely different from anorexia. Anorexia is a literal eating disorder.

No, it is a very misunderstood eating disorder. You may have a mild case if you're not eating as much. But it can get serious such as my mom was when she was nine. You can't consider it. It's your stomach that makes the desicions.

I think considering anorexia is a sickness. A disorder in the brain. It is a choice for some, but not for everyone.
