What helps you during panic attacks?

I don’t have anxiety i have friends and who have anxiety what helps you during panic attacks

Usually the only thing that really helps me is getting away from the people I don’t know or am not close to or getting close to my favorite people. I have this necklace thing I can chew on (I chew stuff to relieve stress if that makes sense) and I usually squeeze my thumb, partially because it’s a pressure point to take away nausea and I tend to get sick with anxiety, but at this point I think it’s just instinctive tbh
