Can someone please give a rundown of the Star Wars movies?

Episode I : Qui-Gon Jin and his apprentice travel to Naboo to negotiate trading. After rescuing Queen Amidala, her guards, and her handmaids, they crashland on desert planet Tatooine where they meet young Anakin Skywalker. They buy Anakin out of slavery using the money he earned winning a pod race and they go back to Naboo to put the Queen in her rightful place. However, the Queen, Padme, is actually posing as a handmaid to keep herself safe. The Jedi, Padme, and Gungan outcast See More▼ Jar Jar Binks convince the Gungan Armh to help them defeat the Droids. However, the Sith have a new apprentice, Darth Maul. At the Palace, Darth Maul murders Qui-Gon and, in a fit of rage, Obi-Won kills Darth Maul, therefore becoming Anakin's new Master, despite knowing there is powerful Force and Darkness within the boy.

Sorry, I don't really remember what happens in the Episodes after that until Luke Skywalker shows up. I, like you, haven't seen Star Wars in a while.

Episode 4: The Imperial Forces -- under orders from cruel Darth Vader- hold Princess Leia hostage, in their efforts to quell the rebellion against the Galactic Empire. Luke Skywalker and Han Solo , captain of the Millennium Falcon, work together with the companionable droid duo R2-D2 and C-3PO to rescue the princess, help the Rebel Alliance, and restore freedom and justice to the Galaxy.

Episode 5: Luke Skywalker, Han Solo , Princess Leia and Chewbacca face attack by the Imperial See More▼ forces and its walkers on the ice planet Hoth. While Han and Leia escape in the Millennium Falcon, Luke travels to search for Yoda. Only with the Jedi master's help will Luke survive when the dark side of the Force beckons him into the ultimate duel with Darth Vader.

Episode 6: Luke Skywalker battles Jabba the Hut and cruel Darth Vader to save his comrades in the Rebel Alliance and triumph over the Galactic Empire. Han Solo ]and Princess Leia reaffirm their love and team with Chewbacca, Lando, the Ewoks and the androids C-3PO and R2-D2 to aid in the end of the Dark Side and the defeat of the evil emperor.

Episode 3: Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker rescue Chancellor Palpatine from the commander of the droid armies, but Grievous escapes. Suspicions are raised within the Jedi Council concerning Chancellor Palpatine, with whom Anakin has formed a bond. Asked to spy on the chancellor, and full of bitterness toward the Jedi Council, Anakin embraces the Dark Side. He murders young jedi children and joins the sith. His wife padmea, gives birth to twins and then dies of a broken heart. After a duel with his master, he loses his limbs and is made a suit he can walk in. He officially turns into vader
