Losing my Mind Meme help?

Okay so i'm doing on of the animated memes that can be found on youtube and I need help figuring out how to go about the part when the character is suppose to freak out and when the line of the song is "feels like something is watching me", I really need help to do this for it is a big project for one person to do who as next to none experience animating. So the creature/character is dragontale sans, so pick or suggest whatever ideas you have for this.

Perhaps have the character freeze during that line, while some eyes open up in the background, looking from your character to the viewer?

Or i could do like the whole reason his losing his mind is because of dt!Gaster and have the familer cracks go down Sans skull.

Alright. I have a different suggestion, but it’ll take much more work.
You could have your character trying to escape, running around, hiding behind furniture while people search for them.
