What are healthy ways to cope?

Lately I've been struggling so much with my mental health, especially anxiety, and I need to cope with everything in a healthy way. I hate to ask things so publicly but I need help. Any advice is much appreciated and welcomed. Thank you.

Try to make an appointment with a therapist. I know you've stopped seeing one but you should try another one. I know that it can be scary and difficult talking about your issues like that but just stay calm, you're going to be okay, nothing bad will happen to you. I honestly think you have paranoia or a more serious anxiety disorder. Do your best to stay calm and feel free to message me anytime, you know I'm here no matter what.

Therapy.
Aside from therapy, it's important to sleep 7-9 hours a night, eat right, and exercise regularly. Don't neglect your social life. Get a hobby you enjoy. Try to meditate for a few minutes every day.
As for when you're feeling anxious, there are numerous mindfulness and grounding techniques. My personal favourite is the one where you spot five things relative to your five senses.
