What does this mean? (see picture)- guitar
Are these the frets you're supposed to hold?
If they are, how the heck are you supposed to hold that many with one hand and then switch it quickly?
I'm a beginner guitar player (I hardly know ANYTHING) and I need some help. Thanks :)

I think they are guitar chords, the first is E major, then B major ect
The dots are where you put your fingers for when you strum the strings and you do it fast with more practice, but then again I'm guessing here XD

Each one is for a different note. The lines show the fret, the numbers show which finger.
