Why do I feel so strange?
I don’t really know why— But for the past week, I’ve just been feeling really...off. It’s hard to describe how I feel— I get all shaky and fidgety, and my throat gets dry, and my head hurts and my stomach hurts and my gag reflex becomes overly sensitive. I have a constant feeling of impending doom with these attacks. I can’t olace a finger on it, but something feels horribly wrong
My throat greys right and I have trouble breathing. I wake up, and cough and choke, and panic.
I kinda feel dizzy and I want to sleep but I can’t.
I lose track of time. I feel like it’s been a really really long time, but it’s only been a few hours.
It’s been a few days since the end of my period (I apologise for the TMI here, ugh), could that be it?

Overeating usually does this to me. Other possibilities (and this is from experience, I don't have a medical license) Panic attacks occur when you feel uncomfortable in certain places and typically after one you just walk around with a headache and a brain constantly convincing yourself you're sick. You could be staring down (like at a phone screen) for too many hours a day too, it really stresses the neck (and throat) muscles.
I guess you can try changing one of these three See More▼ things and seeing what happens, it's not like any of them have high risks even if it doesn't end up being whatevers got you down at the moment.

Have you been eating a lot or do you have a crush and your crush found out that you love them?
