Sometimes people face issues with the airlines at the time of reservation, cancellation, changes, or refund. But sometimes, passengers have to wait for a longer time to get the connection with the agent of the airline over call. In that case, they wish to request a call back from Air Canada so that they don’t have to wait for a more extended time to connect with the agent and resolve their query.
Contact Form- The passengers can also request a call back by filling out the contact See More▼ form mentioned on the ‘Contact Us’ page.
The passengers have to fill in all the details, including their details and the nature of the query.
Explain the issue in detail and the date and time you want the airline executive to connect with you.
Once all the details are completed, submit the form, and the agent will connect to you at required time.
