It might be your sleeping position
i usually sleep on my stomach with my head buried under a pillow
I'm not a physiotherapist so I can't really tell you whether or not that's good or bad. But statistically, most back pain in young people is because of their sleeping position, so it might be worthwhile to see a physiotherapist.

i am not a physician so i would go to a doctor. i actually have scoliosis but my back does not hurt from it. but i would go to a doctor
