Something physical for me. I know someone who plays the piano. She actually bangs so it is kinda a physical release as well. Sometimes when I vent it works if I keep venting it just brings my anger back up and I cannot think of a better response. I know people who can deep breathe, that doesn't work for me but it does them.

Time to punch some pillows, throw them into your wall, scream into them and tell yourself: alright, that's more than enough fuss. It's not worth it, I'm just wasting my time. I'll just do something I actually like now.

Using a very fluffy long pillow preferably a body pillow you could scream into it punch it cry into it squeeze it anything that makes ur anger go away
