Another questions for Christians!

Another questions for Christians!

Again, I don't believe in. God. No hate comments, please.

Ok then, a very common and interesting question is this:

"Why does a loving God allow pain and suffering?"
If God loves everyone, why is there pain and suffering? People die of diseases, thirst, hunger etc, but why does God allow that to happen? Surely, if he loved us, he wouldn't make helpless children and people suffer. Is he not able? Then he is not so powerful. Is he not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he neither able nor willing? They why worship him and call him God?

God gave us free will. While human beings are naturally vile and vicious creatures this new gift of free will which God intended as a beautiful gift was soon polluted by greed and murder. God does not interfere in man-kind or tries not to, he exists and brings hope. While he cannot take definitive action in mortal lives, he can spread positivity or hope or simply good instances.

This is a complicated question. There is no perfect answer. But God has a plan so intricate that no-one can understand it. Every little thing happens to set of something else, which sets off something else, which results in something wonderful. Even if we don't see it, God is there. He is planning every step of the journey.

I have been thinking about this for a long time.
Did Margret Thatcher deserve to die?
Did my dog deserve to die?
Did my cousin deserve to die?
Did Robin Williams deserve to die?

The answer, is no. No one truly deserves to die. And, no hate comments, but to let this happen, God must be horrible. He never answers my prayers, even when my Granny was on her death bed. That was when I last prayed. I never believed in God since.
Marvel_Gleek
God is not horrible. We're just not immortal and this is something we should be thankful for with overpopulation becoming a problem. Everything God does, He does it for a reason.

Death is not a curse. We are only meant to be on Earth a short while. Death is not escapable, not even with praying. All of the hardships we endure here on Earth are tests. Keeping the faith is what live, to me, is about.

Mmm. My parents were distraught over what happened with Robin Williams, we heard it at a baseball game, and my dad LOVES basesball. They heard it on Facebook, there was a lot of stuff about him on there. I'm sorry about what happened to everyone you adored, and even though i respect your beliefs, i think that is no reason to hate and/or not believe in God. I See More▼

I am a Christian and understand why you are thinking this. I think this too... all the time! My opinion is this: God puts us through trials and tribulations so we can see that there is someone greater than us who controls what happens to us. We only control our decisions, HE controls everything else that happens to us. I hope tis helped you!

Sometimes pain is God's way of speaking to people. Sounds tough but he's got people best interests at heart (I mean he sent his only son to die for us! Anyone who's had kids (I haven't so I don't know) will know what it's like to see ur child hurt but to sacrifice your one and only kid?)

God whispers to us in our pleasures, speaks to us in our conscience, but shouts in our pains: it is His megaphone to rouse a deaf world.

Just like in The Life of Pi, people that go through those things and make it through find God, in the life of Pi this explains it clearly. The boy on the boat prays to God to not die! He didn't die did he? God gave him food and water and a sketch book to keep him company, also a tiger. Just like David in the Lions Den, he prayed not to die and God told his lion not to attack or harm this man. The people that do die in situations like Pi they found God before they died they believed See More▼

Also, Life Of Pi is a fictional story so God didn't actually give the boy all that stuff.
