Do you believe in the saying "Money can't buy you happiness"?

Honestly I think the "money can't buy you happiness" saying is bullshit. Yes, it can. It can buy me things to keep me happy. And if you're going to say some bullshit like "Well, the thing you buy can only keep you happy for so long" don't. Because you know what? I can just buy other stuff. Yeah, I'll get bored, but no one, absolutely no one, is entertained 24/7.
And you know, being poor doesn't make you happy. That psychological stuff ("You will gain mental happiness! You can learn to appreciate the minor things in life without money!" is bullshit as well. Being poor makes people upset. They want money. Don't we all?
And honestly, if I was dirt poor, I wouldn't "learn to appreciate the minor things in life" I'd just be angry, greedy, and wanting all the time. Because I'll be honest with you, I'm an ungrateful, uncaring child. I'm a smartass too, so I have all sorts of reasons to back up why the saying is crap. Try me.
Please don't get bent out of shape because of my opinion. Just share yours.

Money CAN buy you happiness, but it cannot buy you joy. Joy is always being happy. Happiness is temporarly being happy.

Money can't buy you some forms of happiness, but generally, it can make you pretty damn happy. I mean, what if you needed money to save someone's life? If you didn't have enough you surely wouldn't be happy :/
