I think I'm unintentionally starving myself.
I want to eat, but when I try to, most of the time i end up feeling sick or I'm just not hungry anymore
Then an hour later all I want to do is eat, and it happens again.
I've normally only been eating one meal a day, not even a meal, more like a big snack.
Idk what to do about it?
