Have you ever read The Hobbit? It is a book about a magical world, where a hobbit, dwarves and a wizard unite to reclaim the mountain home of the dwarves!
Magical, suspenseful and captivating!

A really good book is "The Iron Trial", by Holly Black and Cassandra Clare. It is about elemental magic and is very interesting!

And Then There Were None is a murder mystery novel by Agatha Christie. The deaths are based off of a nursery rhyme called Ten Little Soldier Boys. It's an amazing read and the ending is logical.

The Breadwinner and all the other Breadwinner books by Deborah Ellis are great. If you decide to read the series, start with The Breadwinner ( first book ), but I'll just warn you now that it actually gets a bit violent in some parts, and it's based off true events.
