i think the dumbest art "trend" was when ppl would take original art nd draw it differently/ change skin color + body type
like "i fixed that gross design uwu". that's so stupid.
you can draw a character in the way you'd imagine them/ in your own portrayal perfectly fine, but it's wrong to shit on someone's art and/or shit on official art and act smug abt it.
like, there are definitely designs i don't like but i'm not gonna act pissy abt it like my design is godly. that's dumb
