He sent the whip across my bare back again, again, and again. The pain made me want to scream but i held it in. He was only doing this for one reason, he losted my mother. Having me around didnt help him at all. It just reminded him of the other mans doings. I knew if i let my feelings out he will justed send a bolit thought my head. It didn't madder I was just used to this from school kids always making fun of me likes there's no tomorrow! My only friend are the ones that don't exist. Soon he gave the whip one more big swing that knoch me to the ground. The rocks under me hurt my hands. Slamming the whip down he walked away. I stood up covered in blood, sweat, and dirt. It must have been almosted 95 degrees out here. Walking inside I see my father sitting in his normal seat. My little brother alex can running over to me crying. To calm him down i rumbed his back as i held him. I began to walk upstairs with alex. "Decodo" i hear my father yell. I set alex down and told him to go in my room. I hear my father's footsteps walk up behind me as i hold my breathe. He grabbed my arm and throws me down the stairs. The pain got worst "Decodo i told you to clean the floors' he yelled. "but father i did. He chucked his beer glass on the floor "no you didnt, well now i want this floor cleaned before i get back home!" he yells as he leavs the house. I got up and walked in my room and sat down next to alex who was still srying "why is dad so mean to you" he cried. "i dont know but we have to get out of here." "No decodo dad said mom was coming back some time!" hearing alex say that hurt. he was to young to know what happened to mom. alex clung tight around me hidding his face on my chest. "Alex dont cry i promise you thid whatever happeneds we will make it out of this, but even if i dont you will i swear."
