This is just a short story about how the term "yolo" gained popularity. I got the idea to do this because my brother was running around the house screaming "yolo". lol. Well, hope you enjoy! :D

Chapter 1.

The Motto.

Okay, so as you may or may not know, in Drake's song "The Motto", he says "YOLO". The chorous goes something like this : "You Only Live Once, That's The Motto, N*gga YO-LO". And that is pretty much what brought it into popularity.  Knowing Drake, he probably wrote The Motto to inspire his fans. The Quote is suppost to mean "You Only Live Once, so, live life to the fullest". But, Drake's fans have taken it to a whole new level.

Yep.
You see, iJustine on youtube made a video about the term 'YOLO' and it was quite humorous, because she had heard people in shop saying stuff like: 'I'm going to buy the biggest cake, YOLO. She says that she is annoyed with it. LOL

nice!! and @lmfao, you only live one? haha, I also hate when people use it like that!! And if you read my conversation with another user on here (i forget which) a girl in my class says 'yodo' you only die once... obviously inspired by 'yolo' but same difference I guess.
