I'm Sorry

You said I wasn't beautiful,
I'm sorry I'm not beautiful.
You said I'm not good enough,
I'm sorry I'm not good enough.
You said I was fat,
I'm sorry I'm fat.
You said your new girlfriend is everything you ever wanted.
I'm sorry I wasn't everything you wanted.
You said you rather be seen in public with her than me.
I'm sorry for the way I look.
You said no man in this world would want me.
I'm sorry because now I believe it.
You said you wish to never see me again.
I'm sorry, but it's just too hard to let you go.



(*Author's Note: Just a short poem I wrote last night while thinking about my ex. By the way, I wanted to give a shout out to Mayia (I think that's how you spell her name, if not I'm sorry) and IceCat, XXxSilentHopeFan, Lexi, and WWEChampion20 for commenting on all of my old work from the past weeks, days or so.
