Why do I laugh so hard?
I wish I would stop laughing like a blood hungry psycho, I just wish I knew what was causing it.

To be honest, there's nothing wrong laughing like that. In fact it's kind of cool!
The more amused you feel, the more "uglier" you laugh.
When you feel that it's inappropriate to laugh, take a deep breath- it might not work at first, but you'll get more control with more practise.
I personally think it's better to let out your laughs, you'll feel much better and (I heard that laughing gives you abs)

Are you really tired? Because I laugh like a loon when I'm tired but I hear that others have experienced it before. It seems you become more delirious and everything seems funny/funnier
