How long does it take for hair to grow to above the belly button from an inch below shoulder length?

Hair grows about 4 inches a year on average, and measure how many inches the tip of your hair is to the area you want it to be grown to. Then, divide it by four. If the space is shorter than 4 inches then it takes 3 months to get 1 inch of hair on average.

well, my hair is an inch below my butt, and it took me 12 years to grow. ive only gotten hair cuts twice, combined they were about teo inches
