Why do cupcakes always tend to get sickly when you eat to many of them?

I am asking this because when I eat too many cupcakes with loads of icing I feel sick

If you have too much of anything it will become bad (everything in moderation) but you'll get sicker with cupcakes and what not because we don't need much sugar so basically it's SUGAR OVERLOAD

Too much sugar and stuff like that being ingested into your body at the same time.
If you feel full stop eating, you'd rather feel full than sick. ;)

Frosting lowers your cardiovascular health by increasing the level of LDL (i.e. ‘bad’) cholesterol in your body and decreasing your levels of HDL (i.e. ‘good’) cholesterol.
