Which story idea is better?

#1: (quick review) Someone can uses photoshop to change how people look in real life.
#1: (long review) its a normal school life in a utopian future, everyone is happy, but, behind the scenes there is someone who take pics of their friends and crushes and makes them look better by taking a photo and photoshopping them. He can adjust their personality as well, so he tries to create a future best for him and his friends, and worse for his enemies. (Takes place from the point of view of an enemy)

#2: (quick review) a school is being controlled by the principal like puppets
#2: (long review) The school is just to perfect, bad students sudden;y become good after a trip to the office, good students become rich and famous. Teams always win, everyone gets good grades. But, people do things they normally wouldn't! They follow rules and sometimes, the smartest in the class fail a test or the slowest win a race. Someone hated by the principal but loved by everyone else commits suicide for no reason. And the principal is never seen by those who always fail. (takes place from point of view of a new student)
