That's what I say when people call me fat but I don't give a shit any more cause I know I'm not fat and it pisses people off when they can't tease me

Don't. Don't sink down to their level, tell someone (probably an adult) about the situation. In time they'll relise outer appearance doesn't matter, as long as you're genuinely nice. Just ignore them. The way to deal with other people's opinions is to simply ignore it if it is rude and to accept it if it is nice. What you can says is that they are entitled to their own opinion and that you don't care what they think especially because it is blasphemous (I love that word <3.<3 :p)
