Do I need to replace screen

Hi,
I spilt tea on my HP G72 laptop, After dismantaling and complettly cleaning and drying.
The computer works fine but the screen goes from perfect to jumping up and down every 2 seconds continually.
I have plugged in a remote screen and that works perfectly.
Is it the screen that needs replacing???

In my opinion you will most probably end up replacing your screen :( You may need to contact the HP service for this
