You were at the school disco, Tukushi asked you to meet her at the bathroom after the disco.

So after the disco, you walked into the bathroom and Tukushi was there holding a paper doll, the rest of the gang was there, too.

Tukushi: Since me and Nikori are going to a new school next term, we decided to print this doll of the internet.

She explained what to do, to everyone.
